On the second year mark of the Allen, Texas Premium Outlet Mall shooting, VictimsFirst administered a second disbursement of funds to the eight families of the deceased and the six wounded from the May 6, 2023 tragedy.
We collected designated funds and then fundraised so that each victim would receive the same amount; a total of $70,000 was disbursed.
To date, the full amount given to the entire Allen victim base (which included the families of the deceased and those injured with wounds both seen and unseen) is $784,026.13.
This total includes interest earned.
The second disbursement was completed in the first two weeks of May 2024.
